Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use SuntekStore or buy from us. SuntekStore is operated by SPERO INTERNATIONAL INC, a Delaware corporation (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Shipping and Returns policies and our Privacy Policy.
Who can buy
We sell to customers in the United States for delivery to a US address. You must be at least 18, or buying with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Products and descriptions
We work to describe every item accurately, including its size, materials and what's included. Photos may differ slightly in color or finish from the item you receive. Many of our products are specialty parts and tools: check compatibility, dimensions and specifications before buying. If an item is not as described, our Returns policy applies.
Prices and orders
- Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.
- Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we refund you in full.
- We may limit quantities per order.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe, our payment processor. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
Shipping, title and risk of loss
Delivery times are described in our Shipping policy. Title to and risk of loss for items pass to you when the carrier delivers them to your shipping address.
Safe use
Use products only for their intended purpose and follow any instructions and safety information that come with them. Some parts need correct installation; if you're unsure, use a qualified professional. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended for medical use. Some products carry a California Proposition 65 warning.
Warranty
Our commitment is the one in our Returns policy: items that arrive damaged, defective or not as described can be returned at our cost, replaced or refunded. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, products are provided without further warranties. Some states don't allow limits on implied warranties, so these limits may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Using the site
You may browse and read our content, including through AI assistants and shopping agents. We publish machine-readable product data for that purpose (see llms.txt). Purchases are completed by the shopper on our Stripe checkout page. Don't use the site in a way that disrupts it, gets around our rate limits or security, or breaks the law. Site content, images and text belong to us or our licensors.
Disputes
If you have a problem, contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly that way. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your state of residence requires otherwise. You may bring a claim in small claims court in your county of residence, or in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
