Shipping & Delivery
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only. Checkout will only accept a US shipping address.
Cost
Standard shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order.
How long it takes
- Orders ship from our partner warehouse in China and are handed to the carrier within 2 business days for in-stock items and 4 business days for items sourced to order.
- Total delivery time is usually 7–15 days after purchase for in-stock items and 10–23 days for items we source to order. A few specialty items take longer.
- Each product page shows the delivery window for that item. The same window is shown at checkout.
- Once your order ships, look up its carrier and tracking number on Track your order with your order number and checkout email.
If your order is delayed
If we can't ship your order within the time we stated, we will email you before that time runs out with a new shipping date and the option to cancel for a full refund of anything not yet shipped.
If your package doesn't arrive
If your order hasn't arrived by the end of its delivery window, send us a message through our contact form with your order number. We will trace it with the carrier and, if it is lost, send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Address problems
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away — we can change the address until the order has been handed to the carrier.
Sales tax
Prices do not include sales tax. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
